I've worked with early-career professionals finding their footing, Customer Service teams learning new skills and systems, and Sales teams at all levels working to improve how they communicate, sell, and perform.

I've helped people learn the systems they need to do their jobs.
I've built onboarding programs.
I've developed training.
I’ve led change management initiatives.
I've watched what happens when people are given the tools, context, and confidence they need to succeed.

I've also seen what happens when they're not.


A resume can help you get through the door, but it doesn't
teach you how to navigate the workplace once you're there.

That's why I created Resume to Reality.
